1 Definitions & Applicability

2 Account Register

To register with NC88, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false details may cause issues during account verification and could result in withdrawals being put on hold.

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are detected from the same device, IP address, or payment method, NC88 will launch an investigation.

• Provide your full legal name, date of birth, and accurate contact details.
• Keep your username and password strictly confidential — do not share them with anyone.
• Creating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• If your details change, please update your account promptly.

3 Age Verification

NC88 is an 18+ platform. Creating an account or playing any game is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. NC88 may request government-issued identification at any time to verify a player's age.

• A National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence are accepted for age verification.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until age verification is complete.
• Providing a false age may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are generally processed instantly. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, though verification requirements may cause delays.

A wagering requirement is the number of times you must place bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a 100 BDT bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must complete 3,000 BDT worth of bets.

• Every bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• All slots games generally count at 100% toward the wagering requirement.
• Wagers placed on Live Casino and Sports Betting may contribute at a lower rate.

6 Gaming Rules

8 Account Suspension & Closure

NC88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without reason. In practice, accounts are not normally closed unless a violation of these terms has occurred.

You may also request to close your own account at any time. In that case, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be made available through the standard withdrawal process.

• Violations of the Terms & Conditions may result in permanent account closure.
• If you close your own account, you may request to reopen it at a later date.
• Once a self-exclusion is in place, the account cannot be reopened before the designated period ends.
